Inter-function dynamics refers to the operations performed by the joint activity of two or more energetic modules in the CTA. Inter-function dynamics are considered second-tier operations, while the function modules are first-tier operations.

Tier 1

First tier operations are standalone operations which do not involve the joined use of other processes. These include the combinations in the table below. The names in quotes are alias by which the operations are called, and do not represent literal meanings. The literal meanings are to be found in their respective pseudocodes.
